The website www.2Lazy2Type offers its services under the following terms of use (hereof referred to as Terms). You should read them carefully and use the site services only if you agree and consent to the Terms. By using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms set forth herein just as if had signed the Terms of Use.

2Lazy2Type may modify these terms at any time which modified terms shall be effective upon posting. Any use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. This Site is available only for personal, non-commercial use.

2Lazy2Type does not collect or store users’ personal data. The data required for the registration (e-mail address, and optionally gender and decade of birth) cannot under any circumstances lead to a certain person, so 2Lazy2Type does not store personal data in the meaning of Law.
In any case you can delete or modify your data provided at any time or even de-activate your account via e-mail at Info@2Lazy2Type.com.
2Lazy2Type will not sell, rent or by any means publicate or notify any third party on user data. 2Lazy2Type may provide user data to third parties only if:
- has prior user consent to provide information and data concerning to the individual
- Individuals or companies co-operating with 2Lazy2Type may process personal data
provided to 2Lazy2Type only at the extent that is absolutely necessary to provide technical or any other support to 2Lazy2Type or to satisfy user requests and are bind by the same terms of safeguarding these data
- Is obliged to comply with the applicant laws and the supervising authorities.
Additionally 2Lazy2Type will not use the e-mails provided through the registration process in order to send unwanted/spam mail.

In case of eponymous complaint that a specific user’s conduct has caused damage or any other loss as well as that has been any other misuse of the site or uploading of illegal content, 2Lazy2Type maintains the right to remove the illicit or insulting content and to immediately move to account termination of the user that temporarily violated or repeatedly violates the present Terms of Use.

8. HARM AND DAMAGES

THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT WILL 2Lazy2Type OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING THE SERVICE, OR THE 2Lazy2Type SOFTWARE, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ADS OR 2Lazy2Type SOFTWARE.

12. APPLICABLE LAW – MISCELLANEOUS
The present Terms of Use of 2Lazy2Type, as well as any modification or alteration on them are subject to the Law and to the international treaties and agreements.

All the above-mentioned terms are essential. Should any of the terms become against the law, becomes inactive without affecting the rest of the terms.

This is the total agreement between 2Lazy2Type and you. None modification of these will be regarded as valid until it written and embodied to the present Terms of Use. Disputes arising between users and 2Lazy2Type should firstly be negotiated and tried to be solved out of court.

If users disagree with the above mentioned Terms should not use the site and services of 2Lazy2Type.
